1.The AMPCO parking lot is our main parking, it has an entrance to our facility. This is a cash only lot. Rates are $2.00 a half hour but subject to change. The address is 2186 Geary Blvd.
2.If our lot is full, continue to the Kaiser parking structure at 2425 Geary Blvd, this is the next block up.
3.Street parking is metered and has a two hour limit.
Note: If AMPCO parking lot is full simply continue up Geary and cross Divisadero-Kaiser parking garage is just on the right side. The Kaiser lot accepts all forms of payments except checks.

Patient Grievances
The patient has the right to express complaints about the care and services provided and have Post Street Surgery Center investigate such complaints. Post Street Surgery Center will be responsible for providing the patient with a written response within 15 days of the results of the investigation, if requested by the patient. A complaint may be called directly to Eileen Kaplan, RN- Nursing Director or Leonard Gordon, MD- Medical Director at 415.923.3770 or you may mail your concerns to:
