Joshua Gordon, MD

Dr. Joshua Gordon is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in hand and microsurgery. After receiving his medical degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles, he specialized in orthopedic surgery at the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn) in Philadelphia, wherein he had the privilege of working with some of the world’s leaders in orthopedic surgery. He also completed sub-specialty training in hand and microsurgery at the University of Washington in Seattle.

Dr. Gordon has worked with some of the world’s leading experts in orthopedic surgery and microsurgery, the only level one trauma center in the WWAMI (Washington, Wyoming, Alaska, Montana, and Idaho) region. During this period, he treated patients with some of the most complex cases and severe hand injuries. As such, he has a vast body of experience handling some of the most complicated cases of traumatic injury, allowing him to provide creative solutions to all his patients.

Dr. Gordon aims to establish himself as a leader in the fields of orthopedic surgery and hand and microsurgery. To that end, he actively contributes to scientific discovery and research in orthopedic care topics and surgical techniques. He completed two years of research at NIH, wherein he published over 25 peer-reviewed publications, topical reviews, and book chapters. He has also presented his findings nationally and internationally.

Dr. Gordon is an active member of numerous orthopedic organizations, including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery (AAOS), the Orthopaedic Research Society (ORS), the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA), the Arthroscopy Association of North America (AANA), and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand (ASSH). He has won numerous awards for his exceptional patient care and contributions to orthopedic surgery.
